Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Customer Care Agent in Woodbridge Township, NJ to interact with customers, provide information about services, and respond to inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
You will handle calls, emails and faxes, enter data, file documents, and assist in special projects. A minimum of one year of experience and typing 45–55 wpm with high accuracy are preferred.
