Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or marketing planning
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
2 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Talent Marketing, or Recruitment Marketing
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience in account management
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience working within a Fortune 500 company
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support the translation of business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market strategies
Leverage experience across marketing channels to execute data-backed strategies that drive results
Build effective relationships with peers, partners, and leaders
Drive projects from intent to action by collaborating with diverse resources
