Senior Brand Strategy & Experience Leader

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association seeks a Brand Strategy lead to shape the BCBS brand across the system and in partnership with Plans. You will translate research into strategic direction, develop brand briefs, and synthesize inputs into recommendations that inform brand decisions.
You will play an active role in leadership forums and contribute to customer experience programming where brand and experience intersect.
