Government Capture & Proposal Manager

Cape is seeking a Capture Manager to drive new business growth with government and defense customers. You will own opportunities from market research through proposal development and contract award, collaborating with BD, engineering, program management, finance, and leadership.
This hands-on role requires translating complex technical capabilities into clear, persuasive content, managing end-to-end capture processes, and traveling as needed to win multi-million-dollar awards.
