Job Description
As the Director II in the JBRC Administration/Fiscal 122 department, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and integrating clinical services within the Behavioral Health continuum. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, overseeing clinical supervision, and participating in performance improvement projects. You will also assist in creating a business plan aligned with the organization's clinical objectives and ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. This role is key to maintaining high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and integrate clinical services within the Behavioral Health continuum.

Develop and execute the Behavioral Health Clinical Performance Improvement Plan.

Assist in creating a business plan consistent with the organization's clinical goals.

Maintain professional standards of practice and oversee clinical supervision.

Participate in staff development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Directly supervise clinical directors and ensure effective resource deployment.

Manage financial aspects, including budget targets and financial reporting.

Attend management meetings and actively contribute to organization-wide committees.

Liaise with funding and regulatory sources regarding clinical personnel contracts.

Support the provision of medical services to ABH clients in collaboration with the Medical Director.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a behavioral health field, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Valid and current NJ license to practice as an LCSW or LPC, with LCADC preferred.

Strong background in staff oversight, budget management, program deployment, and project management.

Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.

Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.

A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
