Franchise Growth Director

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales Manager to drive growth and development of our franchise brand. This role builds a development pipeline, recruits franchisees, and guides partners through the discovery process from lead to executed agreement.
You will work with shareholders, the real estate and legal teams to ensure ADA/FDD accuracy, manage nationwide opportunities, attend trade shows, and coach franchisees to open stores.
