UGC Creative Strategist - Remote

We're building something fast. We need you to run the creative engine.

We're a UGC agency growing faster than we can keep up with. Our founder brings in the clients - brands who come to us for creative direction, content strategy, and briefs that actually convert. Right now, we need the person who makes all of that happen.

We are looking for a person who will own the creative strategy for our clients, from brief to delivery!

What you'll own:

Client creative strategy -

when a brand signs with us, you translate their business goals into a full content direction. Audience research, platform strategy, messaging angles, hooks. You build the roadmap.

Brief creation

- you write the briefs our creators execute against. Clear, specific, strategically grounded. Briefs that get great content back on the first round.

Concept development -

you generate the creative ideas. What stories should we tell? What formats? What will actually stop the scroll for this audience on this platform?

Creator matching & direction -

you know which creator fits which campaign and why. You give them direction they can run with.

Campaign oversight -

you manage execution through our freelancers and ensure what goes to the client is sharp, on-brief, and on time.

You're the right person if:

You've worked in UGC, influencer marketing, or a content-first agency and you understand how the creator economy actually works

You know what performs on TikTok, Instagram, facebook, Reels, and YouTube Shorts - and more importantly, why

You've written briefs that creators loved and clients approved without a round of revisions

You think in audiences, not just aesthetics — you understand psychology, not just trends

You're comfortable owning things. You don't wait to be told what to do next.

You thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written
