Field Marketing Leader: Events & Retail Activation

Renewal by Andersen of North Houston is seeking an Events and Retail Field Marketing Manager to lead a 10–15 Brand Ambassadors team and drive leads for our Design Consultant Team through event and retail activations.
You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate with event coordinators and store managers, monitor KPIs, and help maintain a strong company image across all activities in the region. This is a full-time, on-site role.
