Production / Packaging Associate

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production/Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for packaging premium food products while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a refrigerated production environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: Start time between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM, ending at 3:30 PM Start Date: Immediate openings available!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Package products according to quality and production standards.
Label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
Assemble boxes, prepare packaging materials, and palletize finished goods.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Assist with other production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous production or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Must be able to communicate and follow instructions in English.
Work Environment

Cold/refrigerated food manufacturing environment.
Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
Repetitive hand movements and frequent lifting.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and may include hairnet, beard net (if applicable), gloves, smock, safety glasses, and slip-resistant shoes.
