We are looking for a Digital / Marketing Assistant who will be working closely with our Digital and Marketing Manager. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing content. To be chosen for this role you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Sales and marketing assistant experience is a plus.

Able to work with Photoshop & Canva

Experience in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication skills, organizational skills, teamwork, and critical thinking

Quick learner, detail-oriented and driven

Time management and ability to work under pressure

Adaptability, people skills, and multitasking

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

A high level of attention to detail.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch is a plus

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
