Growth & Brand Leader DTC & In-House Marketing

Hē Labs in New York seeks a centerpiece marketing leader to own growth strategy, messaging, budget, and a high-performing team. You will align in-house and external partners across paid media, social, UGC, and web CRO to build a scalable direct-to-consumer brand focused on men''s performance supplements.
This role reports to the CEO and requires building an in-house function with a long-term plan and strong StoryBrand fluency.
