Program Manager, Flexible Services & Data Analytics

UMass Memorial Medical Center is seeking a data analyst to support the Flexible Services program for the ACO. You will maintain the program database, liaise with social service organizations, and leverage data analysis to identify eligible members for nutrition and housing programs.
You will work with MassHealth reporting requirements, update EHR and analytics platforms, and use Tableau to visualize equity metrics and trends.
