Learning UX/UI Designer

This position

requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week

and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.

Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.

Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.

Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.

Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.

Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.

Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.

Required Skills

UI/UX design and human-centered design principles

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

Accessibility standards (WCAG)

Data-driven design and analytics interpretation

Learning technologies and LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.

Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.
