Public Affairs Specialist

As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will:
Plan, develop and execute special events for new coin and medal programs and programs highlighting the Mint's mission and history.
Draft and edit talking points, speeches, scripts, articles, press releases, event announcements, displays, and other types of multi-media presentations, including PowerPoint, consistent with bureau messages and priorities.
Use a variety of methods and techniques to achieve communication goals such as personal appearances, presentations, exhibits, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, social media posts, etc.
Be responsible for all Social Media content management, working alongside other Mint divisions such as Sales and Marketing, to develop cohesive, consistent messaging.
