Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our Property & Casualty team in Plano, TX!

The Sales Producer is responsible for promoting the sale of new and renewal business, providing a source of insurance expertise to clients, and assisting in the growth and profitability of the department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Pursue new client and prospect opportunities in Property/Casualty insurance.

Building relationships and brand recognition for Brown & Brown in the North TX region.

Networking with other sales, financial, legal, and HR professionals.

Bringing new client opportunities to closure.

Maintaining client relationships for account renewals and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

3+ years’ experience in B2B Insurance Sales, and/or related experience

Active TX P&C License (or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment)

Currently networked and familiar with the North Texas area

Entrepreneurial and driven individual that’s motivated to build a book of business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

AMS360 experience / ImageRight preferred
