Senior B2B Tech Copywriter

Leading BairesDev's copywriting function as a strategic, AI-augmented leader, the full-time Senior B2B Tech Copywriter will manage a team of conversion copywriters and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define copy strategy and build AI-powered systems that enhance output, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure copy quality and consistency across customer-facing assets
Design and manage AI-powered copywriting systems, including custom GPTs and workflows, to scale output effectively
Lead and mentor the copywriting team, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews to foster professional development

Required qualifications

8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, including 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries
Proven track record in leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows within copywriting or marketing contexts
Experience with North American-based tech companies, either in-house or at an agency
Bachelor's degree or higher
Expertise in conversion and direct-response copywriting across various platforms, including email and landing pages
