Site Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in laboratory support services, is seeking a Site Specialist to join their team. As a Site Specialist, you will be part of the Laboratory Services Department supporting operational and logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Perform laboratory services such as glassware collection, cleaning, and sterilization.

Deliver shipment orders directly to end users and perform deliveries as required.

Manage inventory and stockroom operations, including chemical tracking and glass-wash activities.

Support customer procurement systems and assist with order entry and management.

Promote a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

Ability to perform physical tasks such as handling laboratory materials and chemicals.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and policies.

Basic understanding of laboratory operations and safety protocols is a plus.
