Position
Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Producer – Full‑Time.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage commercial accounts focusing on small‑to‑mid‑sized businesses and select large accounts.

Prospect and generate leads within targeted industries to grow the agency’s client base.

Provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions that protect business operations.

Engage with decision‑makers, present proposals, and close new business.

Deliver exceptional client service handling renewals, endorsements, and certificates efficiently.

Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and agency standards.

Growth Path Into Personal Lines
This role provides training and tools to gradually bridge into personal lines (auto, home, umbrella, life add‑ons). You will have the opportunity to cross‑sell personal products, expand earning potential with a diversified portfolio, and serve both commercial and personal insurance needs.

Candidate Profile

Licensed P&C agent with at least 1+ year of successful sales/production track record.

Knowledgeable in issuing Certificates of Insurance accurately and on time.

Preferable experience in commercial lines for small, mid‑sized businesses, and commercial property.

Minimum 1‑2 years of commercial lines and fleet insurance experience.

Self‑starter, driven, thriving in remote performance‑based environment.

Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationships.

Tech‑savvy, organized, disciplined managing leads, quoting platforms, and renewals.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base + Commission: $40,000 – $80,000+ annually (uncapped earnings).
