Aquent is partnering with a leading national retailer to hire an Associate Producer for a 3-month onsite contract supporting a high-volume creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their production career to gain hands-on experience coordinating photography and video productions while working alongside experienced producers in a fast-paced retail creative environment.
What You'll Do
Support producers throughout photography and video productions
Maintain production schedules and calendars
Assist with shot lists and daily shoot schedules
Coordinate meetings and production documentation
Provide production assistant support on set
Help coordinate vendors, talent and locations
Maintain production databases
Track milestones and project updates
Support office operations for the production team
Help ensure productions stay organized and on schedule
