Chief of Staff to Product SVP

Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function. You will anchor on the leveraged people problems most central to the org, own the external product narrative end-to-end, and drive strategic bets such as AI enablement.
The goal is a healthy Product org with high-quality pillar leads, faster decisions, and a clearer vision for Product’s direction and impact.
