Aspire is launching in the US and seeks a Head of Sales to build and lead the US outbound sales team from the ground up. You will own the US revenue target, personally closing deals when needed, and shape the early GTM motion for SMB/mid-market customers.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales and hire, onboard, and ramp top outbound AEs, establishing a high-energy, accountable culture while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to accelerate growth.
