Sourcing and Product Developer Apparel

Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Own execution of product development and sourcing strategies, acting as the primary liaison between Design, Technical Design, Merchandising and Vendors; Lead the development team and cross functional partners through the product development timeline from seasonal strategy, concept reviews, sample reviews, approvals, production release and launch; Partner with leadership in developing the Global Sourcing Strategy aligned with corporate initiatives; Develop an understanding of vendor/factory capabilities, tariff and duty to recommend product allocation proposals to leadership; Drive product engineering opportunities through fabric, garment construction, vendor/mill, or country alternatives to meet IMU and speed to market goals
