Field Direct Marketing Manager — Lead Local Growth

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Director of Direct Marketing to drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through canvassing. You will manage a team of DMA's, recruit and train new staff, oversee field activities, and ensure scripts and processes deliver quality leads.
The role requires a strong background in leadership within canvassing, proficiency with MS Office, budgeting skills and strategic thinking to optimize performance and spend. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
