Overview
AWS Support Studio is the creative engine for AWS Support — producing video, digital, and social content that enables customers and shapes how the world experiences AWS Support. We are at an inflection point: generative AI is fundamentally changing what’s possible in content production, and we need a strategic leader who can connect business problems to creative solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction: Own the strategic creative vision for Support Studio. Translate business objectives into creative strategies with clear success metrics.

Social & Brand Strategy: Partner with the AWS Social Media Team to develop social-first content strategies that build brand trust and shape public perception of AWS Support across social channels.

Revenue-Driving Creative: Lead strategy for creative experiences that showcase the value proposition of premium AWS Support tiers — in-console, product marketing, and customer success storytelling.

AI-Enabled Innovation: Evaluate and scale generative AI tools to augment creative production. Exercise judgment on where AI adds value versus where human craft remains essential. Build frameworks for AI-human collaboration.

AI Quality & Standards: Define the quality bar for AI-generated creative. Ensure outputs meet brand standards and earn customer trust.

Business Impact & Measurement: Quantify creative impact on revenue and support outcomes. Build measurement infrastructure from the ground up — attribution models, A/B testing, and creative effectiveness frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement: Influence without authority across a matrixed organization. Secure alignment through compelling logic and stakeholder empathy.

Team Enablement: Work with producers on strategic thinking. Translate data insights into creative briefs and shared decision-making frameworks.

Future-State Planning: Define what an AI-augmented creative team looks like at AWS Support. Roadmap team capabilities and assess AI readiness across workflows.

About the Team

We produce video, digital, and social content that helps customers get the most from AWS Support services — from Knowledge Center Videos viewed millions of times, to social‑first content in partnership with the Support Social Media Team (SSMT), to in‑console creative that drives awareness of premium support tiers. We are a small, senior team in the middle of a strategic transformation: shifting from high‑volume video production toward AI‑augmented creative that drives measurable revenue and engagement outcomes.
