Overview


By now, you’ve done everything that builds a solid foundation for a Senior Search Planner with 3‑4 years of experience. Keyword research, account restructures, and expertise in Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, and SA360 platforms—you feel like an old pro at these. You also have refined additional skills such as account optimizations, vendor communication, budget management, and stakeholder communication.



  • Account optimizations

  • Vendor communication: Google, Microsoft, SA360

  • Budget management (daily, monthly, annually)

  • Communication with internal/external stakeholders


Responsibilities


Our team is looking for someone who brings high energy and initiative to explore, conceptualize and implement new processes and workflows. Your primary responsibilities include:



  • Provide high-level insights and recommendations on account performance

  • Present ideas and gain consensus and support

  • Produce insightful client-facing reports via PowerPoint

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive market analysis

  • Recommend testing opportunities/optimizations to clients and internal teams

  • Notify team of industry findings

  • Work with little to no oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day management of paid search accounts

  • Forecast metrics and account performance


Qualifications


Senior Search Planner is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. You should be able to build search best‑practice documents, maintain team and client health, lead SEM tactical planning, shepherd media plan creation, develop POVs on SEM industry updates, and increase face time with clients.

Compensation and Benefits


Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 – USD $93,600.00 per annum.
