Policy & Communications Manager, Health Equity & Housing

Healthcare Anchor Network is seeking a Policy Associate/Manager for Communications & Policy to conduct policy research, analysis, and advocacy on social determinants of health, especially affordable housing, workforce development, and food security. The role also supports HAN’s communications strategy to educate and grow support for the anchor mission framework.
The position is remote, full-time, starting September 2026, with a 4-month probation and potential extension.
