About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Talent Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to our clients and Talent Managers. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of the creator economy and play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Support Talent Managers in tracking active brand deals and deliverables
Monitor creator social channels for content launches and brand posts
Conduct research on brands, platforms, and emerging trends in the creator economy
Assist with client scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Help maintain up-to-date records in internal systems (e.g. Airtable, Affinity)
Help draft recap decks or creator one-sheets as needed
What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of experience in an administrative, entertainment, or marketing setting
Deep interest in creators, pop culture, and digital media
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
