Senior Director, Multifamily Development & Deal Execution

The Edge Group is seeking a Head of Multifamily Development to lead deal execution within its in-house division. You will own underwriting, analysis, and project oversight from concept through stabilization and sale, coordinating internal teams and outside consultants.
You will prioritize pipeline, drive feasibility, entitlements, design, and construction oversight, while collaborating with finance on debt/equity without fundraising responsibilities. 10+ years in Class A multifamily is required.
