Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Medicaid Technical Writer Specialist will draft and execute MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and procurement requirements in the health IT sector.
Key responsibilities
Organize and manage the execution process for MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts
Collaborate with business leads to draft necessary agreements and documentation
Maintain an organized repository of all agreements and ensure alignment with program services
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts
5+ years of familiarity with legal privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes in health IT
5+ years of experience maintaining document repositories in SharePoint
5+ years of knowledge of health IT programs related to interoperability and health information exchange
3+ years of experience with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and federal funding processes
