This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and execution someone who can design compelling marketing assets while also managing timelines, campaigns, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across multiple locations. As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across assigned markets, including campaign creation, promotional scheduling, social media management, content development, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Design promotional graphics, marketing assets, and campaign materials

Build and execute email and text marketing campaigns

Manage promotional scheduling and e-commerce platform updates

Create and publish social media content across assigned accounts

Track campaign performance and assist with KPI reporting

Support store openings, local activations, and on-site marketing events

Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and leadership to support marketing initiatives

Maintain brand consistency and high-quality execution across all projects

What Were Looking For:

24 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or related fields

Experience with email marketing, social media management, and campaign execution

Strong design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
