Social Art Director Ft. Worth and Dallas Salary 80K Remote to start and will eventually be hybrid.
Overview Our client, a well‑established full‑service marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a creative and socially driven Art Director/Social to join its growing team. This person will play a key role in developing compelling social‑first creative across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is highly creative, plugged into social trends, and understands how to create content that resonates across platforms. They should be comfortable blending strong visual storytelling with thoughtful messaging and have experience developing content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and performance. This role partners closely with account management, strategy, creative, and media teams to build and execute impactful social campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of social media strategies aligned with client marketing goals and business objectives
Create high‑quality content for social channels including graphics, photography, video, and short‑form written copy
Develop engaging social‑first creative that captures attention and drives audience interaction
Write compelling copy tailored to various audiences, platforms, and brand voices
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including creative, strategy, account service, and media to develop integrated campaigns
Manage day‑to‑day content execution across multiple client accounts
Monitor social trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new creative opportunities
Serve as a resource for best practices in social content creation and community engagement
Partner with paid media and digital teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and ROI
Ensure projects stay on timeline and within budget parameters
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment
Strong understanding of major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Excellent visual storytelling and creative execution skills
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across teams
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
Highly proactive with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience Agency experience and/or experience supporting recognizable consumer or B2B brands
Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production tools
Exposure to paid social, digital advertising, display, or mobile campaigns
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers for campaigns
A track record of bringing fresh ideas and improving creative workflows or processes
