Social Media & Content Creation Intern (Unpaid)

We're looking for a creative, motivated intern who wants hands‑on marketing experience while helping share the story of an iconic Western‑inspired fashion brand.

What You’ll Do
As our Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you'll play an active role in building our online presence by creating engaging content across multiple platforms.

Create original photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Film and edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Design graphics and social media posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Write compelling captions that reflect the Rhonda Stark Designs brand voice

Research current fashion, Western, and luxury lifestyle trends

Assist with planning and maintaining a social media content calendarPhotograph products and lifestyle content when needed

Organize user‑generated content and influencer assets

Monitor engagement and identify opportunities for audience growth

Track basic social media analytics and provide recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling

Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding

Comfortable creating short‑form video content

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Experienced with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software

Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines

Self‑motivated and eager to learn

Photography or videography experience is a plus
