Graphic Designer - Men's Apparel

As our apparel business continues to grow, we’re expanding our team! We’re seeking a Men’s Apparel Graphic Designer with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure every customer and order receives exceptional support and accuracy. Assisting the design team to drive the development of color, material, and graphic direction for seasonal product categories.

Responsibilities:

- Men’s Design Department graphic design support- with cooperation from Art Department

- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills through cooperating with cross-functional team members

- Communications with on site design team as well as global team

- Packaging Development and layout to be printer ready

- Print & graphic art development- to include T-shirts and clothing design elements

- Print & artwork follow up between design and vendors

- Tracking, updating and creating material items using PLM platform

- Misc. graphic support ie: making presentation boards, mocking up hangtags & any in house graphic needs

- Support VP of Men’s Design on Artwork comments and approvals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a good understanding of Fashion Design

- Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience in apparel or a related field

- Experience in Men’s Apparel preferred

- Proficient in Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop

- Understanding of screen-printing processes, separations, and graphic production workflows

- Fast paced graphic design workload, able to work under tight deadlines and time constraints

- Strong multi-tasking, communication and organization qualities are a must

- Ability to establish, communicate and maintain effective relationships with all design departments

- Excellent time management and the ability to independently manage multiple projects

- Experience creating licensed graphics a plus
