Figure is seeking a Humanoid Robot Pilot in San Jose, CA to operate learning humanoid robots and collect data to train AI systems. You will work with the AI team to refine behaviors and monitor teleoperation during data collection across varied shifts, including nights.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term position, paid hourly, with travel requirements. High-potential pilots may grow into Senior Pilots and lead roles as opportunities arise.
