Strategic Training & Internal Communications Lead

Amarillo College is seeking a Training & Internal Communications Coordinator to support Organizational Effectiveness by coordinating employee training programs, professional development initiatives, employee recognition events, and internal communications.
This position will plan training logistics, facilitate sessions, support LMS administration, and develop engaging internal communications that promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
