CBA is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator / Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing and digital presence. This role will manage day-to-day social media, create engaging content, assist with campaigns and newsletters, maintain the company website(s), and help keep marketing projects organized. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between writing, design, video, website management, and coordination while maintaining a polished, consistent brand voice. Candidates should have hands-on experience maintaining and updating websites; experience with WordPress and Elementor is preferred.
Responsibilities: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
Create graphics, short-form videos, reels, and other digital content
Write captions, promotional copy, email content, and other marketing materials
Maintain the social media content calendar and support marketing campaigns and newsletters
Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall account activity
Coordinate with leadership and team members to gather project updates and promotional materials
Maintain and update the company website(s), including page content, landing pages, links, graphics, and routine troubleshooting
Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience managing social media for a business, brand, agency, or professional organization
Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills
Experience creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Experience editing short-form video content for social platforms
Hands-on experience maintaining and updating websites, including content, links, images, and page formatting
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and platforms without losing attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
Professional judgment and comfort working with confidential or regulated subject matter
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WordPress, Elementor, landing pages, plugins, and website troubleshooting and maintenance
Familiarity with Mailchimp, SEO, Google Analytics, YouTube, Shopify, or digital advertising
Experience in cannabis, consulting, professional services, or another regulated industry
