Senior YouTube Video Producer (Documentary / Long-Form Content)

We are seeking a

Video Producer

with proven experience creating

high-performing YouTube content

, ideally with a background working with major creators such as

Mr Beast, Alex Hormozi, Jake Paul

, or other top-tier YouTube channels.

You will be responsible for documenting an ambitious

four-weekend castle build project in Florida

, capturing every key moment and ensuring the footage meets the pacing, storytelling, and production quality expected by today's YouTube audience.

This is more than a filming job. We're looking for someone who can own the creative process—from developing the story and scripting the narrative to overseeing the edit and delivering a compelling final video.

This project is the beginning of a much larger vision:

building the biggest castle in America while simultaneously building one of the biggest power tool brands in the country.

The goal is to create a documentary-style YouTube series with the potential to evolve into a major television show.

Responsibilities

Develop the creative vision and story structure for each episode.

Script the narrative before, during, and after production.

Plan shot lists and identify key story moments.

Direct production on location during filming weekends.

Work closely with the editor to deliver engaging, high-retention YouTube videos.

Ensure pacing, hooks, storytelling, and editing are optimized for maximum audience retention.

Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the series over time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience producing YouTube videos with millions of views.

Strong understanding of retention, pacing, thumbnails, titles, and audience psychology.

Documentary or reality-style storytelling experience.

Ability to manage editors and provide detailed creative feedback.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and solving creative problems on the fly.

Production Team
Ideally, you can oversee the entire production process, including:

Creative direction

Story development

Scripting

Post-production editing

If your strengths are primarily in producing and directing, that's perfectly fine. We are open to hiring a dedicated

camera operator

and

sound technician

to support production while you focus on storytelling and creative execution.

About the Project
This isn't a one-off freelance project.

We're building a long-term media brand centered around one of the most unique construction projects in America. You'll have the opportunity to help tell the story of an entrepreneur building an American castle from the ground up while simultaneously building a next-generation power tool company.
