Monday-Friday | Full-Time Hours

Contract Opportunity

Are you the person everyone relies on to keep projects organized, events running smoothly, and the little details from falling through the cracks? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment where every day is different?

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate marketing projects and maintain portfolio tracking

Prepare fragrance samples, presentation materials, and customer submission kits

Support customer events, internal showcases, and product demonstrations

Research consumer trends, competitive product launches, and market activity

Coordinate fragrance evaluation sessions and prepare testing materials

Schedule meetings and support cross-functional communication between Marketing, Evaluation, and Creative teams

Maintain project trackers, organize shared resources, and support day-to-day operations

Assist with shipments, labeling, inventory, and project documentation

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role

Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office

Comfortable using AI tools to support research and improve workflow efficiency

Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks including sample preparation, kit assembly, labeling, and organizing materials

Preferred Experience

Fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or Home Care industry experience

Coordinating customer events, product launches, or internal showcases

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience
