People Partner, Talent & Org Strategy

Notion is seeking a senior People leader to partner with the Engineering, Product, and Design leadership teams to design and implement people strategies. This role focuses on talent planning, organizational design, retention, and change management at a scale-driven company.
You will work with the People Team in San Francisco, collaborating in person on anchor days and shaping Notion's evolving people programs as the company grows.
