Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and growth of the firm's Mission Critical and Data Center practice, establishing standards and best practices across projects.
Provide technical and design leadership through all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction administration.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality assurance processes to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary client-facing leader, developing relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding the firm's mission critical portfolio.
Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration across architecture, engineering, technology, and construction partners.
Skills & Experience

15+ years of professional experience, including significant experience leading data center or mission critical projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree and architectural licensure preferred.
Proven expertise in the design, delivery, and management of mission critical facilities, including data centers and high-availability environments.
Strong knowledge of resiliency planning, energy strategies, cooling systems, building systems, and data center technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams, complex projects, client relationships, and business development initiatives.
