in New Haven, CT, is seeking its next Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse administrative units in order to meet organizational goals, possess the ability to inspire and motivate teams, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, have a keen understanding of financial management, and be skilled at solving complex problems.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with seven or more years of experience in a related field and a degree in music are preferred.

Responsibilities of the Managing Director include developing goals and work assignments for managerial and professional staff, directing resources to ensure organizational success, writing policy and subsets of policy for the department, and generating short-and-long-term strategies for resource allocation.

Compensation for the full-time position ranges from $100,400 to $163,100 per year.
