Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities

Build and execute social media strategy.

Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original photography, video, graphic design, etc.).

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform.

Collaborate with other departments to develop incredible content and effective strategies!

Requirements and skills

Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Lightroom/Premiere).

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels.

Paid Search Manager

Understand and develop a strong knowledge of the client’s brand, location, and business objectives

Develop project strategy, lead digital execution and optimization, ensure delivery, produce insightful analytical reports regarding KPIs and goal objectives, and give recommendations on how to increase performance and produce even better campaign results

Launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and social platforms

Attend client meetings

Assist social media team with paid advertising campaigns

Present bi-weekly and monthly in-depth reports to clients. Provide input and recommendations based on findings

Analyze, review and optimize campaigns daily as needed

Bring THE RAIN for our brand and our clients!

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience managing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and DSPs

An expert in executing and optimizing PPC, Programmatic, and paid social campaigns

Experience managing search, display, and video campaigns

Google Ads and Analytics Certified is preferred (if not certified you have 3 months to become proficient and pass tests)

Deep understanding of Analytics and KPIs

Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

VIDEO PRODUCER
The Nation's Fastest Growing Content Company is looking for an UNBELIEVABLE Video Producer! We will pay you a nice salary PLUS commission and bonuses! You'll be working with our clients to serve all of their Video Content needs, including training or corporate videos, funnel videos, web videos, and television commercials. We are looking for someone with AT LEAST 5 years of field or studio video production experience. Our Producers must be Customer Service Wizards and know their way around a set. All Candidates must be able to perform under tight deadlines, manage crew, AEs, and staff, and have excellent communication skills. Oh, by the way, you have to be willing to relocate to Virginia Beach (Surf...Waves...Sand)! We are a FUN company that works hard and plays hard!

Other responsibilities include data entry, meeting preparation and note taking. MUST have high energy and beFUN and CREATIVE!

REQUIREMENTS:

Three or more years of experience in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant.

Ability to prioritize and manage multipleprojects.

Must have a strongwork ethic with commitment anddedication.
