This is an opportunity to influence firm‑wide priorities, mentor a growing team, and define the future of digital marketing for our card portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Shape and articulate the strategic growth vision for our secure owned‑channel acquisition marketing, ensuring it aligns with broader business priorities.

Craft compelling, data‑driven narratives that translate complex performance results into clear stories and recommendations for senior leadership.

Influence and align executives and cross‑functional partners across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Operations behind a shared strategic agenda.

Present future‑state strategies and performance updates to leadership, building executive buy‑in and shaping prioritization decisions.

Partner with Data & Analytics to interpret performance signals and frame the insights that guide strategic marketing choices.

Set the direction for site optimization and testing so that experimentation ladders up to a coherent growth strategy rather than isolated executions.

Anticipate market shifts and customer needs, positioning our digital acquisition strategy for sustained, incremental growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team, coaching them to think strategically and communicate with executive presence.

Manage ambitious annual acquisition targets while balancing near‑term results against long‑term strategic positioning.

6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally with a focus on direct response and growth.

Proven executive presence, with a track record of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.

Exceptional storytelling ability — you turn complex data into clear, persuasive narratives that drive decisions.

Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, shape a vision, and adapt as conditions change.

Data‑driven decision‑making paired with creative problem‑solving.

Executive‑ready communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders.

Cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams behind a shared strategy.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and develop talent.

Experience shaping firm‑wide or portfolio‑level strategic priorities.

Experience in Financial Services or similar verticals.
