Customer Experience Specialist – Banking Support

IncredibleBank is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Call Center) for our Wausau, WI location. This full-time, on-site role supports customers by phone and email, acts as a customer ambassador, and helps ensure an Incredible Customer Experience.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, service, and product knowledge across online banking tools. The position reports to the Customer Experience Center Manager and requires 40 hours per week, with a schedule Monday–Friday.
