About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships with a strong commercial acumen and a visionary approach to lead the development of transformative corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling partnerships that not only enhance the company's national visibility but also significantly contribute to its philanthropic mission. This pivotal leadership role involves setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets, driving partner ideation and co-creation, and managing a diverse pipeline of business and sports partnerships. The VP will also be tasked with developing and leading the strategy to position the company at the intersection of various industries, including sports, entertainment, media, healthcare, and technology, to fuel its goal of doubling revenue and grant-making over the next five years.
Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' experience in partnership acquisition or commercial development, and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results. The role requires deep expertise in brand, media, consumer engagement, and cause-related marketing strategies, as well as exceptional relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, adept at negotiating complex agreements, and capable of using data and performance analytics to inform and maximize partnership strategies.
