Head of Product Operations - Remote

Manage and continuously improve the process for bringing new products to market, ensuring speed, operational readiness and strong commercial outcomes.

~Prioritize projects and manage product introductions on the site.

~Act as a subject matter expert for local print industry trends and technology innovations.

~Develop and manage partnerships with local third-party fulfillers to support product implementation and growth strategies.

~Monitor and improve the performance of internal and external fulfillers.

~Advocate for customer needs and drive the delivery of site features to ensure a jaw-dropping customer experience!

5+ years of experience in product operations and fulfillment.

~Proficient with Excel and strong analytical skills.

~Customer focused with proven collaboration skills.

Certifications in project management or related fields.

~Experience in capex planning and 3PF negotiations.
