Role Overview

We're looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Product Art & Design team. You’ll take a significant part in shaping the visual language and player-facing communication of Lord of the Board, with a strong focus on monetization, live-ops, CRM, in-game offers, events, and promotional assets.
You’ll work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Art to create engaging, high-quality visuals, support launches, campaigns, mini games, and monetization efforts across global markets. This role requires strong graphic design craft, understanding of casual rendered game style, UI element placement, illustration ability, and the ability to deliver polished assets in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

Take a significant part in shaping the game’s visual language and player-facing communication

Create various designs for monetization, live-ops, CRM, in-game offers, events, and promotional campaigns

Design polished popups, game info pages, mini game assets, UI elements, icons, banners, buttons, and supporting visual materials

Place and design UI elements in a clear, attractive, and player-friendly way while maintaining strong visual hierarchy

Maintain the brand’s visual language and make sure all assets feel consistent with the game’s casual, polished, and rendered art style

Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Art to understand campaign goals, feature needs, player motivations, and monetization objectives

Lead and own creative concepts, together with the design team, that support growth and monetization efforts in global markets

Produce high-quality assets in a high-paced environment while meeting deadlines and production needs

Prepare clean, organized, and editable design files for iteration, localization, and production handoff

Contribute creative ideas and visual directions that help engage players in fresh, inspiring, and effective ways

Requirements

2+ years of experience in graphic design - preferably in mobile games, casual games, social games, or live-ops driven products

Strong experience placing and designing UI elements - a must

Strong understanding of rendered casual game style - a must

Strong knowledge of Photoshop - smart objects, masks, adjustment layers, layer styles, non-destructive editing, clean file structure, and asset export

Strong design, color, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy abilities

Strong illustration abilities

Ability to create polished, production-ready assets while maintaining a consistent brand and art direction

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate with different stakeholders

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, organized, and able to manage time independently

A creative team player who is open to feedback and enjoys working with others

Passion for games, UI, visual design, and art

An impressive portfolio demonstrating:
Strong graphic design craft and attention to detail

Experience with game-related visual assets, UI elements, popups, campaigns, or monetization visuals

Strong understanding of casual rendered style, composition, typography, and player-facing communication

Illustration ability and creative visual thinking

Advantages

Experience designing for mobile games, social casino, board games, multiplayer games, or live-ops-driven products

Experience creating monetization, store, sale, CRM, event, or promotional assets

Hands-on experience using AI tools in the design workflow, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, and eagerness to work within an AI-assisted design pipeline

Motion / animation skills, including After Effects or equivalent tools

Experience working with Figma

Experience preparing assets for Unity or working with game production pipelines

Experience managing design tasks, prioritizing workload, and distributing work across a design team
