Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Provide high-quality, consistent American English voice recordings to train and evaluate next-generation text-to-speech models used for customer experience agents. This role focuses on delivering natural, expressive performances across varied scripts while following precise recording specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Maintain consistency in voice, accent, tone, pacing, and pronunciation across sessions
Follow detailed technical and performance guidelines for recording environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Perform multiple takes and supply variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested
Qualifications

Native American English speaker currently based in the United States
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while sounding natural
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter
Reliable availability for approximately 5 to 10 hours per week for the duration of the project
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States
Employment type: Hourly
Expected weekly commitment: 5 to 10 hours per week, over the project duration
Compensation

$50 per hour
