Growth & Ecommerce Director — DTC Mastermind

Primally Pure is seeking a strategic, analytical Director of Growth & Ecommerce to lead customer acquisition, retention and ecommerce growth. You will own performance marketing initiatives, optimize CAC/ROAS and drive scalable growth across the DTC business.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of growth marketing experience, strong background in direct-to-consumer and subscription models, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth and brand health.
