Key responsibilities
- Prospect and close new middle-market commercial P&C accounts, focusing heavily on construction, and FL based business.
- Serve as a strategic risk advisor to business owners and executives.
- Utilize dedicated lead-gen resources and internal marketing support to drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with dedicated servicing teams to deliver high account retention.

Requirements
- Active p&c license.
- Proven track record in commercial lines production (construction/middle market preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to scale a major book.
